His trajectory shifted to BP Lubricants (Castrol), where he served as the Heavy Duty Lubricants Area Sales Manager for the northwest, showcasing a seamless transition from engineering to sales. Transferred to the Midwest, specifically Cincinnati, Dustin's family found a new home in the city's vibrant embrace. Collaborating with his long-time friend, Lou Pohorence, they started a veteran-owned painting company, blending military precision with an entrepreneurial spirit.
